Indigenous Jurisdiction Notice

This Portal operates exclusively within the private, indigenous jurisdiction of the Echadi Nation Republic and is not subject to U.S. federal or state commercial codes or corporate registration statutes.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Echadi Nation Republic Business Portal ("Portal"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and all governing policies established by the Office of Indigenous Economic Development and Trade (OIEDT) under the Ministry of Economics and Engineering.

Use of this Portal constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Portal.

Nature of the Platform

The Portal serves as the official business registry, verification, and private economic engagement platform of the Echadi Nation Republic. It is designed to facilitate the lawful registration, recognition, and operation of:

  • Indigenous, tribal entities and business enterprises
  • Registered members of the Echadi Nation Republic
  • Private contracting parties and business associations
  • Members of indigenous Private Membership Associations (PMAs) recognized under Echadi law

Functions of the Portal include but are not limited to:

  • Issuance of Tribal Entity Identification Numbers (TEINs)
  • Application and renewal of business permits
  • Access to private economic directories
  • Verification of membership and indigenous business credentials
  • Member engagement in commerce, trade, and development under sovereign tribal jurisdiction

Eligibility and Jurisdictional Standing

This Portal is intended for individuals and entities who voluntarily choose to operate under the private jurisdiction of the Echadi Nation Republic. By using the Portal, you affirm that you:

  • Are at least 18 years of age and legally competent
  • Are either a registered member or have lawful cause to conduct business under the jurisdiction of the Echadi Nation Republic
  • Acknowledge the Nation's sovereignty under the Montevideo Convention (1933)
  • Consent to all transactions being governed by Indigenous Law, Private Contract Law, and Ecclesiastical Law within the Echadi Nation Republic

TEIN and Member Use

The issuance of a Tribal Entity Identification Number (TEIN) affirms that the business or contracting party is recognized within the private economic framework of the Echadi Nation Republic.

Use of the TEIN and business permits is authorized for:

  • Lawful private contracting
  • Member-based commerce
  • Indigenous Tribal economic development
  • Verified banking and financial identification (where accepted)

Important Notice

TEINs do not constitute incorporation under foreign or domestic jurisdictions and are not intended to replace an EIN or SSN unless explicitly accepted by a third-party institution.

User and Member Conduct

You agree to use the Portal for lawful purposes only and in alignment with Indigenous Law and tribal policy. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to:

  • Submitting fraudulent or false member or entity information
  • Misrepresenting indigenous tribal membership or business credentials
  • Circumventing Portal security systems
  • Violating the privacy of other members or users
  • Using the platform to engage in foreign commercial fraud or deceptive trade practices

Violations may result in revocation of TEINs, termination of Portal access, cancellation of permits, or removal from membership directories.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, systems, tribal seals, credentials, documentation, and certificates contained within the Portal are the intellectual property of the Echadi Nation Republic and the Ministry of Economics and Engineering unless otherwise stated.

No part of the Portal may be copied, reverse-engineered, or republished without express written permission from the governing Ministry.

Privacy and Member Data Sovereignty

By registering as a national/member or entity, you consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with the ENR Data Sovereignty and Privacy Policy. Your data will be:

  • Maintained in secure tribal databases
  • Used for verification, registry, and lawful internal communications
  • Protected from commercial sale or external disclosure

All data is governed by the laws of the Echadi Nation Republic and shall not be transferred without express contractual consent.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

This Portal is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. The Echadi Nation Republic disclaims all liability for:

  • Any damages or losses from use of the Portal
  • Third-party rejection of TEINs or business credentials
  • Technical interruptions or delays in access

In no event shall the Nation be liable for indirect or consequential damages, including economic losses resulting from non-acceptance by foreign jurisdictions.

Termination of Access and Member Standing

The Ministry of Economics and Engineering reserves the right to suspend or revoke Portal access, TEINs, or permits for:

  • Breach of these Terms
  • Non-compliance with tribal or private law
  • Fraud, misrepresentation, or external abuse

Members and users may be removed from directories and blocked from future access without refund or recourse in such cases.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This agreement is governed exclusively by the Indigenous Law of the Echadi Nation Republic.

All disputes arising from this agreement or your use of the Portal shall be resolved solely through the Echadi High Court (Jural Society) under the jurisdiction of the ENR Ministry of Justice.

Jurisdictional Notice

Members and users waive any right to bring claims under external state or federal law unless expressly agreed to by treaty or contract.

Revisions and Updates

These Terms may be updated at any time by the Ministry of Economics and Engineering. Members and users are encouraged to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the Portal constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
