By accessing this Portal, you affirm that you are subject to the jurisdiction of the Echadi Nation Republic and governed under its sovereign, indigenous laws.

Jurisdictional Sovereignty

This platform is an internal economic and registration mechanism of a sovereign Indigenous government recognized under the Montevideo Convention (1933). All policies herein are enacted and enforced under the private law, ecclesiastical authority, and indigenous customs of the Echadi Nation Republic.

Important Notice

Data submitted through the Portal is not governed by U.S. federal or state privacy statutes, and all arbitration or disputes regarding its use fall under the jurisdiction of the Echadi Nation Republic Jural Society (High Courts).

Your data is used solely for lawful, private purposes in accordance with Echadi Nation Republic governance:

  • Issuance and validation of Tribal Entity Identification Numbers (TEINs)
  • Maintenance of internal economic and membership registries
  • Generation of certificates, permits, and tribal business records
  • Public-facing TEIN directory (if opted in)
  • Compliance and due diligence for tribal, private, and financial purposes

We do not sell or distribute your data outside the jurisdiction of the Echadi Nation Republic without express written consent.

Tribal AML/KYC Policy Statement

The Echadi Nation Republic maintains strict Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) policies to protect against misuse of its economic instruments. This includes:

Certificate of Tribal Entity Registration

Upon successful application, entities receive an official Certificate of Tribal Entity Registration issued by the Ministry of Economics and Engineering or the OIEDT. This certificate includes:

  • Official TEIN number
  • Entity name and legal classification
  • Tribal seals and verification markers
  • QR code for public or institutional verification
  • Validation fields and expiration (if applicable)

TEIN Verification Protocol

To assist in due diligence and prevent fraud, the Portal operates a secure verification protocol:

  • Every TEIN includes a unique QR code
  • QR codes link to the Public Business Registry Ledger
  • External users may verify: entity name, TEIN status, issuance date, and standing
  • Internal logs track all changes and revocations

Tribal ID Compliance Guide

Tribal IDs or Membership Certificates may be issued to individual members or authorized entity representatives. These include:

  • Name, ID number, member status
  • Issuing Ministry and jurisdiction
  • Embedded QR code for validation
  • Physical security elements (e.g., hologram, barcode, chip)
  • Details on expiration and renewal eligibility

All IDs are issued in accordance with indigenous rights, tribal law and protected by private record-keeping standards.

Letter of Assurance for AML/KYC Compatibility

The Echadi Nation Republic affirms that:

"Our registration, credentialing, and verification processes for business entities and members meet or exceed conventional AML/KYC standards required for financial institutions and due diligence. Verification is enforced through a documented process, identity scrutiny, secure certification, and ongoing monitoring."

Financial institutions or partners may contact the Ministry for confirmation or use the public registry and QR verification tools.

Data Storage and Protection

All submitted data is stored in secure tribal infrastructure with the following safeguards:

Users and registered entities have the right to:

Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

All matters related to privacy, data misuse, certificate disputes, or platform operations shall be resolved exclusively by the Echadi Nation Republic Jural Society (High Courts) under Unit 10 of the Echadi Nation Republic Constitution.

Jurisdictional Notice

You waive the right to pursue complaints or claims under external, foreign, or federal systems. Arbitration, hearings, and remedies are administered through lawful tribal adjudication processes.
