• Tribal Entity Identification Numbers (TEINs), tribal business registrations, and other credentials issued through this Portal are valid within the jurisdiction of the Echadi Nation Republic and may or may not be recognized by foreign institutions unless independently verified or accepted.
• The Echadi Nation Republic does not guarantee or warrant that any external agency, institution, or financial entity will accept tribal credentials, TEINs, or certificates, nor does it assume liability for decisions made by third parties based on reliance or non-reliance on such documents.
• This Portal is intended for use by individuals, members, and businesses who voluntarily contract with and consent to operate under the private economic governance and legal framework of the Echadi Nation Republic. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
• The Echadi Nation Republic shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or consequences arising from use, misinterpretation, or misapplication of documents or information issued through this platform.
• All content and processes within this Portal are governed by the private contract law, ecclesiastical authority, and indigenous jurisprudence of the Echadi Nation Republic. Any dispute arising from the use of this platform shall be resolved exclusively by the Echadi Jural Society (High Courts) under Unit 10 of the Echadi Nation Republic Constitution.
